Any FAA approved maintenance facility or person that is capable of performing the required inspections for the MORE STC may perform the inspections.  There is no requirement for an approval from MORE Company.  The maintenance provider must be authorized to perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with applicable FAA Regulations and have access to required equipment and manuals.  A maintenance facility list is provided in this website that lists facilities that perform or have performed the MORE inspections, and have requested to be listed on this website.  See the Maint.
